Tawasentha Park, a 192.5-acre park, is located at 188 Route 146. Tawasentha Park is the jewel among the Town’s eight parks and has roughly 5 miles of easy-to-moderate trails that traverse woods and along stream banks in the Park with the option of continuing via a pedestrian bridge to grasslands and sloped woodlands in the Winter Recreation Area. The trails are also popular for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. You can access the trails at marked locations in the Park, the Winter Recreation Area, and the Community Gardens.
