    Amanda Beedle was elected to the Guilderland Town Board in 2022.

    Amanda has worked in the past for the Town of Guilderland as Deputy Receiver of Taxes, Deputy Town Clerk, Marriage Officer, and Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics. From early 2020 through 2021, Amanda was a member of the Guilderland Planning Board, where she learned a great deal about the rules and administrative processes that are involved in the consideration of development projects of all types in Guilderland. She is currently employed at Capital Region BOCES providing fixed asset management services and is a Program Associates Organization union member.

    Amanda is a former Vice President of the Altamont Free Library Board of Trustees and currently serves as a Trustee. Amanda has long been a supporter of various PTA activities and Guilderland Public Library and Guilderland Chamber of Commerce events.

    Amanda was born and raised in Altamont, one of nine children growing up in a working-class family. She is a graduate of the Guilderland Central School District. Amanda lives in Altamont with her husband Jeff and is a proud mother to five boys - Cameron, Thomas, Logan, Caleb, and Gavin.
